I had a lovely stay at the Luxury Family Hotel Royal Palace in Prague. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The location was perfect, just a short walk from major attractions like Charles Bridge and the old town. The only downside was the air conditioner, which unexpectedly turned off during the night, causing me to wake up feeling a bit warm.

My room had a lovely view and was beautifully decorated, which made it feel like a fairytale. However, I did notice that there was a bit of a smell from the kitchen that drifted into my suite in the morning.
Service
10.0
The service throughout my stay was great. Every staff member I encountered was kind and really attentive, which enhanced my overall experience. They even went out of their way to ensure we felt special.
Location

The location was definitely one of the highlights for me. It was in a quiet area but still only a short walk to all the sights. I love being able to explore the city easily, and this hotel made it super convenient for me.
Dining

Breakfast was generally good, but I found the evening meal options to be lacking in variety and cleanliness. Most nights, I opted to explore the amazing food scene in Prague instead.
Facilities

The hotel had decent facilities, and I appreciated the clean and comfortable environment overall. There were some small hiccups, like the limited bar seating, but they weren't major issues for my stay.

I had a mixed experience at the Luxury Family Hotel Royal Palace. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore Prague on foot. However, the service left a lot to be desired, and the breakfast was quite disappointing. While my room was clean and well-maintained, I encountered several operational issues that detracted from the overall luxury feel of the hotel.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious for a European hotel and had a nice size bathroom. Clean and comfortable, it definitely lived up to the 'Royal Palace' name.
Service
5.0
Unfortunately, the service was not up to par with what I expect from a five-star hotel. Staff were friendly, but communication about costs and services was confusing and inconsistent.
Location
9.0
The location was fabulous! Just a 15-minute walk to the Old Town and close to all the major attractions such as Charles Bridge and Saint Vitus Cathedral.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was just average; it felt like a cheap hostel rather than a luxury hotel. There was a long wait the first morning, and when I finally got in, the food options were mostly empty.
Facilities
6.0
The facilities were decent, but I found it peculiar that I had to pay extra for sauna access, which should be part of a luxury hotel experience. The spa area was small and not well maintained.

My stay at the Luxury Family Hotel Royal Palace was very nice overall. The location is unbeatable, making it easy to explore Prague's main attractions. However, I faced some challenges with the noise from trams at night when the windows were open, which affected my sleep on the first night. The staff were friendly and attentive, which greatly enhanced my experience. 🌟

I enjoyed a deluxe room with an amazing view of the Royal Palace, though the noise from the trams was disturbing at night. After switching to a standard room at the back, my sleep improved significantly in a quieter environment.

Although I didn't use the spa facilities, there were plenty of options available, including a Jacuzzi. The hotel provided good housekeeping and laundry services, enhancing my stay.

I really enjoyed my stay at Luxury Family Hotel Royal Palace in Prague. The location was fantastic, allowing easy access to famous sites like Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. The staff were friendly and helpful, enhancing the experience. However, the pillows could have been firmer, as the feather ones did flatten during the night.

Rooms

My deluxe room was very comfortable and elegantly decorated, offering views of the castle and Wallenstein garden. However, I found the pillows to be too soft for my liking.

While I didn't use the spa, I heard great things about the wellness area. The hotel's overall facilities were suitable, although the spa access policy could be clearer.

I had a wonderful experience at the Luxury Family Hotel Royal Palace during my stay. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful retreat while being close to major attractions like Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. The staff's friendliness and helpfulness truly made my visit nice. However, I was a bit disappointed with the limited dining options and the small size of some facilities. Overall, I would rate this hotel highly for its charm and service. 🏰✨

Rooms

My room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and well-appointed, offering magnificent views over the Wallenstein Palace gardens and even Prague Castle. I was really impressed with the comfortable furnishings and the ability to control the air conditioning. The only downside was the lack of complimentary bottled water towards the end of my stay, which was slightly inconvenient.
Service

The service throughout my stay was really good. The staff were friendly, accommodating, and always willing to provide recommendations for attractions and restaurants. They helped me navigate a scheduling issue with my return shuttle without any fuss, which I greatly appreciated.
Location

The location is fantastic—just a short walk to the famous Charles Bridge and Prague Castle, yet it’s tucked away enough to offer a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. I enjoyed returning to the hotel after a day of sightseeing to relax in a quieter part of town.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast options were good, with a decent selection of fresh fruits, cereals, and hot dishes. However, I found the evening dining menu a bit limited compared to what other hotels might offer, which was a slight letdown after a long day out.
Facilities
7.0
The wellness center was a nice addition, especially the jacuzzi, which is available for private bookings. However, the bar was quite small and felt more like an afterthought compared to the rest of the hotel amenities.
